Yes, fat stems and other lighter sides of this can show. But, ur plant is healthy and good.

I can't c it pal. It looks fine.
U might have leaf miners though. As I see a few spots tat are associated with those..
I do see the bud ur talking about. But, it just looks stacked buddy
