It’s hard to tell just by the info and pictures provided however it is most likely switching to flower soon if it already hasn’t. If there a white pistils poping up from behind the stipules then most likely is getting into the flowering stage. If you truly believe that it is not switching to flower on its own and believe that it is based off of the light then you can switch to a 12/12 light cycle however I would give it another week or so before you do this. Some other signs that it is switching to flower is rapid growth. If you are noticing it grow around 2 inches or more every 1-2 days than it is most likely switching to flower. Hope this is helpful!
