When should you plant your rapid rooter plugs when root coming out the bottom? Or first true leaves?

I do it when the roots start coming out -- not just the first hint, but not wrapping around a ton either, -- but if you have "hot" soil, you may want to be closer to the latter than the previous. A more robust plant is safer for soil loaded with nuites.
The only issue would be if the pot is too larger for the plant. you have to water in a small radius and increase that radius over time as the plant gets larger.
think this should cover most bases..

Fast yellowing in older and middle leaves, small buds.Hi guys, I need your help on this one, this is a completely organic grow under a FC-6500 light which is 60cm at 100% power, it can't be light stress because the tops are fine.This yellowing happened fast in the span of 4 days.PH shouldn't be an issue since I calibrate regurarly.
