After a few hours the leaves are pointing up like there growing again, that is probably solved.

My experience says its not the nutrients causing it because I adjusted the ph before using it.

They look pretty awful from my perspective as of right now, its exactly what they looked like before I put them outside and the same effect when I brought them back in for 4 days and was having issues with a low ec level.

I added another 2ml ab and procal from the clean filter because im trying to flush what is causing that without causing more lower leaf yellowing. At the same time im kind of looking at the pros and cons of the HLG 650R Quantum board pros: it takes up less space over the canopy, you can put your hand on it but it needs a fan blowing on it, it has spacers so if it falls there is a gap, no glass at all to break but that doesn't happen anyways and it would stick in most cases. cons: the boards get pretty warm especially if there isn't a fan blowing on them, the ballasts get pretty hot but you can put your hand on them, there not warm enough in the winter, not sure how the fuse works so im assuming they stop working and nothing happens, there not working right now, the works gone, all of the materials that you can find and buy get really hot in the heat and im not sure how they would be if they fell in the dry grass and thats means I didn't think any of it was a great idea.

Im not understanding it because the plant that the had the least amount of foliage grew but the some of them ive removed all of the lower fan leaves and they don't look good and they don't appear to be bouncing back that fast but theres plenty of roots showing. Hopefully I survive this.

Lower leaves started yellowing and falling off but some of them still don't look that good, definitely showing deficiencies. Added 2ml ab and procal in a clean fresh. It might not be the nutrients causing this...

it looks like they've responded positively to the 1 litre of fresh from the clean filter but they do look underfed, so thats a difficult solution if the filter keeps getting filthy because you shouldn't need to change a filter to keep your drinking water safe.

It looks like they shouldn't be clawing or twisting in the leaves 1 litre 1ml/gal ab, 2 litres 50% dilution of dirty filter water in clean nutrient solution at 2ml/gal ab, 2 litre dirty filter water, 2 litres clean filter water

I added another litre of fresh water from the clean filter to each container and I emptied the remaining few gallons of nutrient solution that was mixed but ive already put alot of it into the containers so I may not be able to fix this easily if thats whats causing it and if something else is causing it im not able to progress.

I think I mixed 5 gallons of nutrient solution with 5 gallons of dirty filter water, that might be it or its something else. I added another litre of nutrient solution because there was yellowing but it might not be.

They got stuck again and so I added 1 litre each of fresh water with a clean filter but the roots have reached to the bottom of the containers even though there isn't new growth since transplanting.

The 1 Litre nutrient solution mixed previously with no issues on fresh at the time of the mixture and that was atleast a month ago was the solution, it couldn't be solved without a clean fresh. What caused it can't be determined without testing. It doesn't mean its really bad, it only means that it can't get worse without advisories.

sometimes ive had that look when i transplant .. if my soil in new pot got to much water, or if ive waited to long to transplant and some root get down in the drain holes and when u pull out they get torn. also i put alittle root booster in new soil where the root are gonna go so it seems to not happen very often.

I don't ever experience transplant shock. I tip the planter ipside down with the palm of my hand on the top soil with the stock in between my fingers, and the plant and substrate slide right out witout hurting anything. Girls go on just as before they were transplanted
