Ich habe nochmal LST gemacht. Meint ihr das passt oder sollte ich es entfernen, da die Pflanze sich nun streckt ? 4 1/2 Wochen ist sie in der Wachtumsphase auf 40 Liter Töpfen. Sie hat seit ca. 7 Tagen nun weiße Haare, aber es sieht so aus, als hätte sie noch eine Woche..?

You can lst the plant most of it's life. It helps improve the available light to the plant allowing it to get to parts that would get shaded by the leaves.

Leave it in place or she will just bounce back to the way she was before. You can adjust it as she grows, but don't remove .

To defoilate or not to defoilate.. that is the question!I've always heard that you shouldn't "defoilate" auto flower cannabis, especially if they're a sativa to boot. With that being said, (looking at my pics for reference) should I do more defoliation? Would doing so really increase my yield significantly? Thanks
