confirm your TDS pen is using a 500 scale and its not 640 or 700. 1 EC is 1 EC regardless of the tool, however ppm is not the same depending on region. so 500/640/700 ppm can all be 1EC depending on the tool used. If you can lock in your feeding, you can feed every time, runoff of 10-20% is good. going in is 500 and coming out is 700 feels a bit high for me, I aim for below or aorund the same as going in, so the reading would look like 500in 450-530out, with this I know its using it up, otherwise its wasted product. granted you save with the on off feeding style. The very first bit of runoff coming out of the pots is going to be concentrated, keep that in mind. Good Luck!

Hello, friend, girls look super happy. Continue with alternating feeding, one time water then water with nutrients. 500ppm or 1.0EC is fine for this stage of growth. You can to try slowly to bring PPM higher just watch for tip burn, if appear then dilute mixture. 200PPM higher run off is perfect in soil, no worries about that, if go more than 350-400 flush with 1/3 strength solution with 20% run off and you will be fine every time.
