Hello friend, probably is on genetics side, it can be from stress and bad environment condition, but if other plants in same grow space don't have any sign of mutation then its on mutated plant genetics fault.

can be a result of genetic factors or a sign of environmental stress like inconsistent light schedules or environmental factors that can cause the plant to start growing 3-point leaves as a stress response... But your plant looks healthy I think is genetic and nothing to worry about
