The "breeder" Premium Cultivars has been showing their genetics are not all that, I think its a popup company pushing shit genetics that are not curated properly. A good chunk of the users in the contest featuring them are have issues with their stuff.
Besides all this, there are a few things you can do to help this plants out.
The PH of 5.5 is to low, I would aim to keep this in the range of 6.2-6.5 This way if the PH does drift in the medium it has more buffer room before it gets to low or high and locks things out.
The temps are on the high side of things, but not outside the range of normal 22-28, if you can get them down towards 24c vs 28 that would be good.
Last point I see that could help improve your grow is how your watering, the plant looks to be sitting in oversaturated medium, this can cause a lot of issues with root growth and on a younger seedling and that can be quite detrimental to its first few weeks of life. Often this puts in a week or two behind other plants in the same age range or can kill them from root rot and lack of oxygen in the medium. Only water when needed and once they are bigger get runoff with the irrigations to prevent buildup of fertilizer. I can see your using an old coffee tub, if there are no drainage holes drilled into it, this will need to be corrected.
Best Of Luck!
