First, the older leaves turned yellow and one plant was dark green, while the other was very light. Now the leaves of the plants are shabby and the leaves are bent downwards when they should be facing upwards and facing the "sun". The plants are 3 weeks old.

Initially, fertilization was 10ml grow 5ml Bloom 5ml micro, 10ml enzymes, 2ml rootbastic and 10ml liquid oxygen/10 liters. When I was worried and suspected that there might be too little nitrogen for a lighter plant, I added full fertilizers (Advanced Hydrophonics of Holland) 20ml grow, 10ml bloom, 10ml micro and 10ml enzymes 2mlrootbastic, but as the situation got worse I changed to 2.5ml grow 2.5ml Bloom 2.5mlmicro and enzymes 10ml and liquid oxygen 10ml per 10l of water after a day. In addition, I sprayed off all possible residues with a shower.

It's hard to say for sure without detailed information on all aspects of the grow. Just from what your saying and looks. I would be leaning towards a ph issue and possibly feeding amounts off balanced. Npk ratio for vegging is 3-1-2.
