Looks like she is flowering. I would check your ph and she may want mote potassium in her diet. Discoloration and spots are both traits of k deficiency

That looks like an early-to-mid-stage Cal-Mag deficiency. I'd recommend carefully adding a dose of some decent Cal-Mag and waiting a week for any improvements. It's unlikely that the affected foliage will improve in appearance or health, but new growth won't manifest the same symptoms. Good luck!
