things have been interbred so much at this point..
and just because you pair a indica with a sativa doesn't mean the offspring is exactly 50% one or the other in traits you associate with "indica" or "sativa." So, even something that's been interbred slightly and technically has 12.5% sativa (1 great grandparent betind sativa?), it may actually have a bunch of sativa traits - even if improbable - becuase the genetic code is all compartmentalized in that respect... individual traits are controlled by specific sequences of dna.
anyway, even advertised 100% indica probably isn't 100% indica, whatver that is supposed to mean. it's a low-res understanding of genetics. Selection proces of the seed generating plants will be more correlated to various traits than "indica or sativa" label.
