Yep, you can tie branches down and allow it to grow up vertically again. Or when it does turn vertical tie it back down to continue to bushyness. I've seen people use clothes hanger wooden things. Clip on to the end of branch causing it to bend and just the weight holds it down but allows it to grow vertically while staying bent down making it a nice open canopy. TopShelfStealth is the grower he is on the website. His Gorilla Cookies grow shows detailed photos in weeks 3-5. He gets like 9oz per plant indoors and grows 9 in a 4x4 every 10 weeks. Bro is doing something right. But yeah anyway to bend the branch over allowing side branches to catch up and become top colas themselves is the idea my friend. Please consider choosing me as the answer so I can be eligible for a chance to win grower of the month contest 🙏

LST is just a manipulation of apical dominance... so if it is bent over it was done at least partly right. working the stem a bit in 2-3 spots close together where you want the bend to form can help make the process easier - weaken it without damaging vascular tissue too much in a few spots. you got an anchor, so that's awesome. Anyway, this will result in a closer to 90-degree bend, and the growth from that stretch of stem should be even. anything near that bend will suffer. just cut it off now. anything below is 100% not worth the time. it may seemlike it slowed down, initially, but that's only because growth is now spread out among many growth tips more evenly. give it a second and you'll have a monster soon enough. Probably have to thin out areas. anything facing directly down to the soil/substrate can probably be pruned off now. if you bend between the growth nodes can have both grow vertically but usually too much axillary growth even if you don't.

Yeah thats the jist of it pretty much. You're working with what the plant gives you and there is no set way to do it. LST is just using minimal stress to train your plant instead of HST which would entail super cropping, manifold etc. Where you would actually be breaking branches. I like to use bread ties. Hope this helps 🙏

Fat soft green garden wires ONLY. Believe me, it does the difference. You can reuse them, so it will last all life, just wash with soap well after each grow. Now with plant - obviosly overwatered. Do invisible circle around most out point of plant , that are you water, not full pot. Rough top lair of soil with eooden fork, do aeration after 12 or so hours each time after watering, roots will love it. Dont go deep. Plant either grows on window or lacking amd oscillating fan or wind and proper light, very thin and streched. Try to correct watering, give better air movement, all should go better.

Hola amigo! Puedes chequear mis diarios y ver algunas formas locas 🤭 Éxito!
