Looks like A combination of issues. I see in 1 picture what looks like magnesium shortage, and the small necrotic spotting looks like calcium issue. Another picture looks like bug damage more than manganese deficiency, but manganese becomes an issue if you are short on calcium and magnesium.
Nitrogen travels up the plant on the back of Calcium so if your deficient you'll see yellowing cuz nitrogen has no way to get where it needs to go so the plant will start to take it from the lower leaves, which is why they begin to yellow. If you are growing in Coco Coir you'll wanna have a steady regiment of Cal-Mag because Coco Coir ion exchange will suck calcium in and hold it there. It can compete for calcium to the point that when you water with nutrients, the Coco will instantly bond with the calcium and make it deficient in the plant because it never received any calcium. The coco absorbed it all before it hit the plant.
Your soil doesn't appear overly wet in the pic's so i'm sure it's not over watering damage.
I'd say that if you are 2 weeks from harvest, then just start flushing with water. Whats the point in correcting a deficiency that late in the game? Start flushing now if your 2 weeks out, and come harvest time, after the dry and cure, enjoy some easy light, white ash smooke creamy smoke.
