What kind of bug is this? California

Found this bug near my seedlings in the soil chilling, When he wasnt moving he kept all of his arms and legs together like a caterpillar but then it ran and looked kind of like a spider. I killed it asap before it got away sorry for the bad pic .

Looks like a nursery Web spider They sit with their front & back legs together & have elongated bodies; although it's a bit hard to tell now it's squashed Looks like you killed the free pest control...

Neem oil, spinosaf and thrips. Can the spinosad harm my pretty early flowers? Also since I do this during dark cycle, will a head lamp throw confuse them?Okay, so I have some thrips. I have been told to soak those fuckers using Spinosad. I'm sure there are a lot of opinions on this but my local grow store guy said it is mist effective. I lucked out, it's female of a landrace wild-collected Sativa from West Africa. The plant has entered the pre-flowering stage on a 13/11 but is still somewhat small due to stress inflicted by my beginner's mistakes in earlier phases. Will she grow more? Should I just clone her?
