Bro pics 1 2 and 3 are a molded plant. Remove it immediately. Don't shake it or you'll spread spores. Clean yourself, then clothing you had or change clothing. THen go back and clesn and disinfect the area what it was at. Thats not good at all. Regarding the others, I would go over them to make sure they don't have any mold or anything else wrong. Regarding harvest no bro. Their way not ready. The size isn't there. I'm not trying to be harsh just being honest. If this is all the buds they will produce I would look into better genetics. As far as when ready "regardless of size of buds" It's all about the thrichomes on the buds. Get a ten dollar 30 & 60x microscope.. ac infinity sells them. Check the thrichomes on the buds, not the leaves coming out of the buds.. but the bud itself. Look at the thrichomes which are the little crystals. Harvest when they are all cloudy if you want uplifting, cerebral head high. Harvest when 30-40% are amber orange color and the rest are cloudy if you want a sedative couch lock body high. For a all around good smoke for both cerebral and body high Harvest when 10-20% are amber color and the rest are cloudy. Goodluck Please remove the mold plant and make sure others don't have it. Do not smoke that moldy plant. It will harm you!
