why do I would keep having issues with mildew? Humidity at 40%, have a new tent with good plant spacing, been letting them dry out till light and start to droop but still. Also have plenty of air circulation. Makes no sense as I see others with 55% humidity and no issue.

Mildew is a fungus , fungus are spreading spores keep the species alive , spore can stay inactive for a while in the same environment before they can find the coud condition to thrive. Try to spray with milk , it have anti fungus properties : min 1 part milk 9 part water & max 1/3 milk 2/3 water. Spray the leaves on every faces , before flowering and every 2 days during a week

Yeah, I don't really see any mildew problems either. Perhaps an odd distribution of trichomes or a patchy look to the trichomes as a result of touching / rubbing. Low humidity does not equal zero mildew, it just helps prevent mildew growth. If you did have a mildew problem (which I don't believe is the case here) the source could come from anywhere. Depends entirely on your setup, i.e - where the intake air is coming from, improperly sealed grow area, contaminated transfer from outside growing area, mildew in the venting system, etc. Plants look good to me. 👽

Hi CannaCanuck420 All it is is your plants are packed with Trichomes mate. And this is a really good thing. Trichomes are productive THC mushrooms. With them you also determine when the plants are ready for harvest. Good luck and more Trichomes you get more potency will the final product have. Happy Growing.

This is not mildewed my friend these are trichomes and you will see more and more of them as your plants get deeper into flower, everything is fine even your humidity.

I don't see any mildew problems? Is it on the plant or the soil? If its on the soil its not really an issue, can happen especially when using organic methods such as manure, compost, guano, myrochonza etc. If its on the leaves just wipe it off or cut the affected leaves off. 🌱👍

Why? @ 45% I couldn't really tell you. You're correct in thinking there shouldn't be a problem, but for some odd reason there is. Suggested course of action would be to knock down your RH even further if you can (30-35% won't hurt the girls this late in flower), jump down your daytime heat a bit (maybe down to 22-23) and add more fans to make it hard from them to stick too and propagate on leaves. Finally, if this problem continues, even after you tweaked your environment again, I would look into an organic insecticidal soap (foliar spray type) and follow the instructions carefully. There is also a need oil, foliar spray recipe from Mrs_Larimar in her 'Diary of the year' journal. Week 4, I think. Just depends on what you're comfortable using. I wish you luck with this and I trust everything will be alright👍. If you need any links, other recipes or tips that may help, throw me a message in PM. Cheers man and happy growing👍😉
