If the leaves do not fall off, it means that there is still sap flowing through the branches and you do not need to worry, they will recover and become stronger at this point where they broke. When they bend, the best thing is not to touch them too much because this can kill the rest of the branch, and if necessary, or if the branches break completely, you can gently and without twisting apply some tape like duct tape to keep the branches together at the same point where they broke. This will help them heal faster and prevent infections. You can also apply some honey or aloe vera gel on the wound to act as a natural antiseptic. Hard to see, but could be worst (that's why I stopped torture-training long time ago). You can make braces or supports to hold the branch in position and in one week or so it should be okay. By the way, your Air-Pot is mounted inside-out (to holes must be on the outside for air pruning to work).
