Should I start LST?

Any specific direction I should tie it? Also is my bottom leaf good? It seems to be shriveling a bit, but the plant has been growing despite it. I'm calling it day 18 from sprout.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

You could start some LST if you wish, you could also wait a week.
Heres some quick reference links on how to LST, in short its gently tying branches/stems down.

Your bottom leaves look fine to me and i would not worry to much about it.

High JarJarGreens, When you use LST the thing that you thry to achieve is bending branches down till all the branches reach the same height. You do this so that all the branches and buds gain the same amount of light from your lamp. I always like to look at my plant from above and from the sides to make a plan how can I let all the branches grow at the same height, gain the same amount of light and all grow big and equal main colas.

Just a couple of sad leaves.Noticed this one leaf down at the bottom is looking wilty. I'm assuming it's because it's not getting any light? Everything else looks prestine. Anything to worry about?

Why do my autos take longer than everyone else with same strainIf you live in a different part of the states or heavy LST make your autos take longer to grow. Why have the leaves on my plant turned pale and crispy?4 weeks into veg with auto and all of the leaves (including new growth) have turned very pale and dry, starting at the tips and receding rapidly.

When to stop LST? (Auto)When should i stop horizontal LST and let her main branches to vertically? i'd say she's well into preflower with pistils popping up everywhere and the smell getting noticable. LST hasn't gone this well in my previous grows so i'm not sure where to end it.Week 5
