Leaves twisting

Both my plants are having this issue, some leaves are twisting in a weird way, as if they were trying to put under the light the back of the leave. What might it be?
Solved
Leaves. Twisted

I wouldn’t worry too much :) It could just be a swing in PH balance. I see this from time to time on my girls but otherwise healthy and happy plants. If you see curling or canoeing though it’s most likely heat stress. Hope this helps! Happy Growventures :)

I would just monitor them. It may get worse, or it may resolve. It's like when your dog feels sick. You don't run off to the vet at the first sign! Give it 24 hours and reassess. Your plants look very dark to me. By the way, for people to get a better understanding of your plants and their situation, it's important to give pix of the referenced issue, but also a pic of the entire affected plant(s) and all of your spec's, like day/night temps and humidity. Medium you are growing in. Nutrient line and strengths and frequency AND pH. Light distance and strength. Air circulation etc. As much relevant info as you can provide.

It's usually a sign of short-period stresses that don't last long enough to cause deficiencies. Allowed to persist and they can lead to bigger problems.
