i don't know, but back off with water-only irrigation for a week and then re-assess how you are fertilizing. either less or different ratio of what you use. Leaves look a bit dark, but could be the pictures - touch to tell you'd have to fill in that blank. I doubt that's a boron def, but leaf chart looks like it... Those spots were probably a different color before it progressed eh? i'd guess P/K toxicity. Lower that portion of your feed after it recovers, maybe even a very slight fade before you resume.
