Does overcrowding affect yield?

It’s a matter of space. I used 25L pots in this grow rather than the 10L I used previously. Now I’ve grown some crazy tall trees in my small hut. I don’t have any other space to move to. I have defoliated a few times what else can I do, my grow room is full!!

You're gonna have to wrestle them into submission. Whatever it takes....SCROG, supercropping, lots of defoliation, selective pruning. The 2 factors you'll be fighting the most are shading and humidity. Shading is gonna make larfy buds but humidity can ruin the crop if you're not careful. Mold and mildew love crowded tents. Lots of warm, moist air and poor air circulation.

When they start fighting each other for light it is effecting your yield. Always start with end size in mind. All you can do is aggressively train them till finish if you have no other grow spaces.
