I've always grown indoors. Now, I'm going outdoors.
I looking for a Sativa that can handle the upper desert, around 4500 foot altitude.
Does not have to be overly potent, just a hardy grower.
Any thoughts?

Dutch passion has a small article on high altitude strains. Many are indiva.
Durban poison is perfect as its a sativa. Well known for its yields and mind bending effects.
Frisiam Dew is a hybrid that is also well suited for high altitude!
Both by Dutch passion. The oldest and first ever seed bank in the world. Anything from this is fire from what I've heard.. goodluck!
Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest
I have been growing a Sativa dominant variety for a few seasons now. It's not too bushy and has a classic satuva christmas tree shape with 1 big fat cola up the middle and some side branching which tops fill out equally as fat as the main cola does. Not wicked potent, but maybe somewhere in the 17 to 19% range i would guess. Doesn't like a ton of water.
You can look at my journal if you want. It's By Female Seeds and the strain is Lemon Kush.
I sprouted the seed 2 years ago and before that the seed sat in my fridge for 12 years. So she's a survivor!
She's also a 9 week finish which is nice that you don't have to wait for those long sativa finish times.
