all were wrong. it was because of a total lack of all nutrients. ive hit them with a VBX all in one, nd am already seeing the new growth flaten out turn green again and starting to gain weight on bud sites. i have a shine additive but thats started in 2 more weeks from now.

This looks like the begin of Nitrogen excess. Nitrogen toxicity symptoms are: 1-Old leaves are dark green with tips bended down 2-New leaveas are light green and deformed. You should consider to reduce N during fertilizations, especially in flowering stages, nitrogen exceedings may lead to a longer flowering stage and bad taste buds. Suggestion to resolve your issue: give only water for a couple times, than start back using flowering fertilizers only, drastically reducing nitrogen. If you are doing good, you should see old leaves starting chlorosis halfway through the flowering phase.
