According to the breeder's infos, flowering take 8~9 weeks (and Barney is usually right). So your plant should be ready to harvest the fist days of december (check the trichomes before) and you may be able to enjoy it at christmas eve (I hope you asked santa claus a nice dry herb vaporizer). ^^

I think you had some fundamental issues after about week 3 of flower. Not sure why the heavy defol happened like that. Also appears to be overfed or salt build ups happening..
I bet if you flushed some and took run off numbers the EC would be quite high and the pH would be quite low.
