Shizen mate.
Thrips. They're nearly impossible to rid yourself off.
If you have a plant in a pot.
Bring it outside and use a light mist spray bottle and spray most of them off.
As m0use says. Only best way to truly to rid urself of them is another preadotor that's not harmful to weed plants.
Any garden center or look up online you should be able to find some stuff..
Depending how far you're into your grow. If it's near its end 2-3 weeks. And your leafs aren't ruined
Lots of dots, they'll such the sugars from your leafs and will seriously damage your end product.

Unless your growing in living soil i would buy hydrogenperoxide and flush it with mixture of cal/mag and that. That will kill the eggs in soil but you have to get the bugs on leafs usualy under them also 🙂 i would not recommend hydrogenperoxide for leafs as it can burn them.

Potassium soap and neem oil once a week foliar and soil and cleaning in the grow room and you will do better

Thats thrips, they like to hang out in the veins of of the top side of the leaves.
They will cause damage on the leaves like if its skins pealing away and have small black dots.
Some are yellow some are black. Need a pesticide to kill em or some other bugs that eat them.

Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.
