Bud trimming technique for using most buds to infuse butter or MCT oil for edibles only

I prefer to make edibles with most if not all of my harvest, mostly chocolate bars and flavored gummies, preferably as strong as practicable. Common sense tells me I shouldn’t trim my buds as much and leave on all sugar leaves. Doesn’t this make sense? Any other suggestions?

If you're planning on just cooking it would just remove the large fan leaves and leave the suger leaves on. Anything with trichomes has cannabinoids.

Anything can be used for edibles , the problem is the more leafy bits will suck in more of your base fat, MCT/butter. Might be easier to freeze all the trim n knock off the crystals and then add that into the pot, or covert the whole plant into bubble hash then infuse that into the fat, Most of the trichomes are on the flowers, good amount on sugar leaves and little on the fan leaves and branches. Good Luck!
