I clearly see stipules and an axillary bud, but not 100% what is next to the axillary bud is a pollen sac or not. it does look like a little sav as opposed to a calayx next to the axillary bud in 1 photo. I'd give this a second. You have a ton of time from this point to a point where pollen is possible... use it. if it looks like a twig-like projection or you see segmentation on the envelop (where a sac opens but a calyx is mostly smooth around 'pod' and has no segmentation) ... if it grows into more than 1 (a cluster) that too indicates male. google "calyx and pollen sac marijuiana" and you can see the physical differences to discern between the two more comfortably. It is a start difference and will jump out at you once it matures enough and long before any viable pollen is produced.
