She actually looks like she needs a bit more nitrogen at this point and teas aren't going to help with that. You say her sisters aren't behaving this way - but each plant can and often does react differently to the same treatment. I'm unfamiliar with your nutes but would encourage you to find some way of upping the nitrogen this lady is getting - not by much, just a little as you don't want to have the pendulum swing the other way and get into toxicity. There ARE foliar sprays that will deliver more NPK to this lady that you could try fairly cheaply and may just be the answer... one such is this one on Amazon... https://www.amazon.com/Dyna-Gro-DYFOL008-Foliage-Pro-White/dp/B003SUT6VS/ref=asc_df_B003SUT6VS/?tag=&linkCode=df0&hvadid=416635429653&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1056421811670147731&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9002619&hvtargid=pla-493360248441&ref=&adgrpid=94694114115&th=1
That being said, I had one grow of three ladies where one of them remained steadfastly lime green her entire life no matter what I did (she was actually the best producer, too, which was totally weird)... but you should still try ...
Good luck!
