One blotch on one leaf is not a real issue..........no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time.
I do not think you have anthing to be worried about.
A deficiency will show up in many leaves all over the plant.

4 times same genetic but one has hanging leavesThe top right plant´s leaves are hanging down since ~10 days. Don´t think it´s because of over-/underwatering, since I water & feed every plant the same and the others are doing great. Was it maybe too stressfull to set the LED from 160W to 240W on 35cm distance when going 12/12?

Snapped branchI snapped 2 branches while training a few days ago.
I left them alone for a few days to see if they would recover.
They +- did but feel very unstable. Should I wait a few more days or just cut them off ?
