A number of lower fan leaves have started to yellow and die on both plants. I have increased FloraMicro dosage but it doesn't seem to have helped. Is this something other than an N deficiency? I think it is too early for the plant to be scavenging resources from the fan leaves.

This is potassium issue that is developing in your leaves. You should increase your bloom nutrient and this should solve your issue. It is highly unlikely that the leaves that are currently affected will recover so the sooner the better. Increase your feeding of bloom nutrients by 1/4 your current recommended dosage as directed on the container label. Attactched is an article for potassium deficiencies: https://www.growweedeasy.com/potassium-deficiency-cannabis

From what I can see, the yellowing is not homogeneous, if it were nitrogen deficiency the whole leaf would be yellow, not its upper part; your yellowing starts at the tip of the leaves and the part closer to the base is greener; I can also see brown spots. What you are seeing is potassium (K) deficiency, not unusual after the stretch, what your plant needs is to up the bloom nutrient. It's eating its lower leaves to produce buds.
