Found these growing on a leaf, it was the only one I could find. Anybody recognize them and know what panic level I should be at?

Unless you have a really close up photo off the eggs and talk to some locals aorund you it will be hard to identify. I am with the others who commented to pick them off and destroy them. eggs are always laid aorund a food source, be it the plant "pests" or the pests on the plant "predators" hopefully they are not ladybugs, do a quick google on lady bug eggs to confirm and if its a nop destroy. Or put it in a jar and see what hatches, can always feed them the weird leaves that fall off the plant. Good Luck! === Seems I have a fake troll account trying to cause shit by emulating me. They even went as far as to copy my profile picture and response to there troll lol. Someone sure is but hurt. m"Q"use is not @m0use Q vs 0. Please click on the grower's name that is answering your question to see their profile. There are fake accounts being created to look EXACTLY like real accounts - but they're easily identified by doing this...

High, Hang yellow sticky tape on the branches. When you catch one make a picture because like this I can not identify them. You can always use neem oil if you want to make sure that the bugs will be gone. It is 100% organic, really cheap and easy to use! Buy neem oil and make a 3% neem oil and water solution. Spray this for 1 week on the leaves (top and bottom) and the bugs will be gone! Goodluck! 😋

There are any number of insects that will lay eggs like this - moths, whiteflies (although THEIR eggs are white), etc. I would do as Organoman suggest, just cut the leaves off and destroy them (I like stuffing them in a container of soapy water) but I'd also consider spraying the whole plant with some Spinosad which is organic and can be used up to harvest since you've got such a massive plant, it would be hard to find ALL the eggs and cut them off... but DO cut off the ones you can see! Good luck!

Could be a few types of flying insect - cut off any affected leaves and destroy them! No real need to panic, just keep an eye open and remove any other leaves that get eggs laid on them. As long as the eggs don't hatch, your plant will be fine.
