New grower here having some trouble on week 4 now of vegetation with my auto flower and wanted to know is my plant suppose to look like this? Also when do I switch to flower?

No need to switch to flower.........it is an autoflower and will flower.........automatically!
Plant is waaaaaaaay over fed though, which is causing the wilting.
Plain water for the next 10 days, then when you resume feeding, half of what you were doing previously would be a good place to start.

for example
lower power lamp (25-30%) your specrum have much more blue
thats need for seedling 250-400ppm the specrum is great "right distance"
and you incresed the power and you gained more RED's
led lamp mehanic this power = blue light up to red
if you incresed power, for example 50% power thats is maybe mid summer
you have blue and red egal thats is the vegetativ shape
but you need right distance..

your lamp distance and power ?
find you PPEDe for lamp and calculate your ppfd
for pre flower you need 60-70% power
above 650-700 ppfd need
the full power for lamp you gained much spectrum not need this time
you use max power the lamp, your plant cant do more height
have small and bigle leaf
right spectrum use you can incresed height
my tip for you back up lamp power 65% and find applicate for phone quantum sensor app
try on understand you make for plant all things humanity temp light soil feltelizer
so you modeling life circle start lower level light to up hight
so first day of spring and to go end of summer
"this is the way" for model for crop
25% power 30-40-50.... etc
so much ppl no understand
oh yes have big leaf and so cute that is worng

It has already switched to flower. You don't need to change the light cycle for an auto to flower. Keep the lights on/off at 18/6 or 20/4.
It doesn't look that big so it probably didn't have the best start.

To the bin… i guessSo, i harvested with gloves, trimmed with gloves, stored at 1/4 capacity of the jar and hace opened the jar daily a couple of minutes, 55% humidity booster placed inside, i don’t think this is trichomes getting frosty, it’s clearly mold, isn't it? So, to the bin i guess…?
