When should you first water sprouts after transplant to big pot grow autos in 16 litre pots took 4.5 litre till there was good bit of run off I watered them one day before I transplanted them and let the pots sit in the grow room to acclimatise planted when was 3 days old

let top part of soil dry a bit.. if a couple week old or younger, maybe 1/2" or so? if the pot is big for the plant -- water in a similar way, but in a smaller radius around the plant. make sure the water runs deep like you did before.. just not the entire pot. It will be a better wet/dry cycle for the plant. assuming this is soil? in coco it'd be ab it different. As far as vege light.. they should be fine. It doesn't take long for a plant to handle some fairly intense light. defintiely to avoid stretch

Seedlings should be Watered with care. Even if they're autos and you've put them in the final container which is quite large, you'll need to keep the Humidity high and water little and often until a couple of weeks you can water a bit more and begin to add nutrients 🌱👍
