Bud rot! Should I harvest early?

I wasn’t finding any mold or mildew except a few leaves until today. Had about 4days of rain and now there’s a bit of rot in every large bud it seems like. About 10 days of sun coming up now, so should I just cut the rot out and wait 1-2 weeks? Or chop now and make hash?

Took a second look at it and I’m gonna harvest in the morning. CANOPIES PEOPLE! I was busy and negligent but I have another plant that’s got about 3 more weeks so I’ll build one for that, and hopefully it will be a dry Autumn 🤞🙏

Hi mate I've had a similar problem. Firstly I want to ask. Are you sure it's rot? I ask this because my mind plays tricks on me. Be certain first . Are leaves dying and are easy to pull off?
What I'll say is if not sure then leave it but monitor and Investigate.
If sure it is then harvest immediately. You could try salvage what you can but I wouldn't feel right if I didn't warn in the name of harm reduction.
Smoking botryitis or bud rot is bad for your health. Also spores aren't visible and neither is some early rot.
If you wait it could spread further. I feel for you it's not nice

I’m seeing lots of milky trichomes but not really any amber ones yet. I’m worried that if I wait it will just spread and I’ll just keep cutting more off. Maybe should’ve just harvested before the rain but I definitely should’ve had a canopy up for it. 😢

Trichomes don’t matureI’m flushing slowly, has been almost two week now. Just water with PH between 6.5 and 6.8. The plant seems ready, pistils are brown for 70%, yellow leaves are dropping off, but I don’t get why trichomes are still transparent, they aged slowly compared to the rest. Is it normal?

Genetics or budrot?Hi all, my Royal Jack Auto from RQS is in 7th to 8th week and on the tip of the main cola these red, brownish spots appeared. Humidity has been 50% yesterday and before 40-45%, plenty ventilation in the tent. Around 24 to 28 °C. Could this be the start of budrot or am I paranoid?

Different Phenotypes?2 plants from the same seed type purchased together. They look really different. I thought the one with the swollen calyxes was hermed, but research said otherwise. But one has trichomes and decent smell while the other has faint smell and no trichomes to speak of. Thoughts?

Main versus secondary maturingThis secondary lower buds seem to be maturing faster than the main colas. The pistils are turning dark faster on the lower than the upper. Not by much, but it's noticeable. Maybe a week or so? BUT, should I take the secondary buds first and leave the main colas to mature more?
