It looks like you have some type of lockout, you can definitely tell that there is a Calcium/Magnesium deficiency and the stems seem to have a little purple/reddish color to them which is a sign of a phosphorus deficiency or that the plant is getting to cold at night, and after reading your nutrient section I think overfeeding is the cause. You have to remember with autoflowers they are very sensitive when it comes to how much nutrients they can take. I would suggest giving her water only with a ph of 6.0-6.5 until she begins to perk back up then you can try feeding with nutrients again but this time dial it back to prevent another lockout.

At the back of the enencher pack you can read something like that : " Ph 9.5 , please adjust your water to 5.0 ph before mixing " If you did not respect that advise then you are experimenting a ph fluctuation that leads to some nutrients lockout ( PH can make some nutrients more available or less available , check it on google )

Looks like you it needs more nitrogen and calcium and magnesium to absorb it. Also looks like you have over watered. Wait for the top inch of soil to dry between water/feeding. To avoid flooding it further while giving it what it needs, make up a foliar spray with plenty of grow nutes and cal mag in it. Spray the leaves 3 times a day until it is healthy.

The drooping of the leaves means the heat is too much or plant is being over watered, the yellow spots is most definitely calcium/ magnesium defeciency, overall your plant looks healthy. I use biobizz as well and if your soil is not heavily nuted then you should be adding more biogro at this stage. Adding a bottle of calmag to your feed is never a bad idea. 🌱👍
