nitrogen deficiencies.. possibly also issues with irrigation habits / drainage quality and aeration quality of your substrate (droopy). I see little to know drainage elements in it. if it is soil you should have somethign like vermiculite or perlite veing roughly 50% of volume. You can do less with coco coir because it retains 2/3 of water that typically constituted soils and sphagnum peat moss water capacity volumes.
avoiding overwating is simple.. stop making the choice on your own. React to the plant and substrate. Allow top 1" to dry in soil and more superficial with substrate that hold less water per volume. feel the weight of recently irrigated vs dry. that is your trigger.. dryness up top and weight of pot. If consistently watering at same weight loss, it will require the same volume of water... again, not your choice but is defined by the characteristics of your substrate.
soil -limit runoff unless you need to reduce nute concentration in substrate. you often feed at higher EC levels and mix in some water-only irrigations between. How many water-only irrigations depends on how heavily you fertigated.
soilless - 10% runoff waste water religiously each time you fertigate and fertigate every time at 1.3-1.5EC
watering is a reflex.. not independent thought.
