you have thrips, I can see them in the image you uploaded. They are super small rice grain shaped bugs that attack the leaves, they are butter yellow in the pic. You can see them in the main vein of the 2nd pic close to the top. others are on the leaves scattered about. you need a pesticide. and I would spray em all in veg before flipping to flower. Note their eggs can drop into the soil and hatch then they crawel up and feast.

Looks like something has been having a feast on your leaves. The other thing it could be is if you foliar feed (spraying leaves). If you do that while lights are on it magnifies the light on the leaves and burns them.

As other suggested my guess is aphids or spider mites especially on the other smaller green leaf on the picture which has white spots. Most of the times those are mites or aphid bites. Inspect the underside of the leave for mites or their eggs, sometimes you need a lens to see them. If it's mites remove as much of the infested leaves as possible, spray with a pesticide specifically for mites and repeat every other few days as they are very resilient. If its aphids you will notice a lot of flying around , lots of ways to get rid of them just google. goodluck

I am thinking aphids/sap sucking insects and not calcium problems.
