New Grower Dumb Question

Hey Guys, new grower here. I know plant count is not the way to assess a grow area's potential. However, I just purchased an Octane 48×48; and I do not want to face an over-crowding issue. I am going to be running Fast Buds Six Shooter strain. I'm was going for the whole 5 pack.

I think that will be the perfect fit for a 4x4, place them like in an X. Autoflowers won't get that big.

Pre-grow in 1L pots after germ? (Autofl.)Not sure if i should put straight in the big pots after germ. I’m going to use Batmix, but as this can be overkill of nutritions on seedlings i was thinking either dig a hole in the pot and fill it with lightmix and the rest with batm., or put them in 1L pots of lightmix first?

I used some old ass soil hopefully it’s ok , since I have no clue what or where this soil is or came from.Yo I had decided to do what someone who commented (sorry forgot who) on me to do which was to get some older soil and make a barrier around the peet pellet in between the Ocean Forest Soil. She was kind of droopy afterwards 😟but the next day she is all perky and she has grown.

Yellowing of top fan leaves What is causing yellowing of the top fan leaves? Started to happen to a plant that I broke by accident during LST. However around the same time I upped to 2ml/l and moved the light a little closer. My ph has also been high (fine now). No idea which one could be the culprit

LSD Auto - Defoliation in veg?I'm defoliating progressively the plant, this means that I remove a fan leave or two after LST. 4 in total until now, to increase the light exposure in the buds. Most of what I've found is controverse, a kinda 50/50 fight between the 'do' and 'don't do' it. Opinions? Thanks 😎

Should I up the phosphorous and cal-mag? Yellowing leaves & tips curling down on 14th day. Coco / Autopot / Hesi / Mars Hydro fc-1500 Would gladly use some help with my first grow 🙏 2 main reasons come to mind after googling: 1. I overwatered thinking it's hard to do since I'm using the Air dome. 2. Too intense light. Was checking a lot of growers that actually grow 24/0 and went for it 75% 40cm.
