It looks like maybe you left the seed husk too far above your sub.. and the husk of the seed stayed attached to your girls. They did they a little stretch. But can be easily fixed when you uppot them and the stem has a bit of green to it. You'll be able to plant them deeper below your subs level. Making the base of your stem to your cotyledons shorter. I think it was just a case of them been blocked by any light. Next time. Put them half an inch into the sub and when they push themselves up, the husk should be left behind in your sub. Good Growing

You can go a bit closer like 2-3 inches. When you transplant you can bury the stem it will grow roots. Best of luck the rest of the way

I use a 55w bar led for early veg and it does great at 18 inches sometimes 24 depending on the plant at keeping the seedlings lower to the growing medium. Good luck.

i use a 50w common light, it's 45cm far from the plant

I would keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't stretch anymore than that and if she does than yes, lower your light.
