So at the end of week 2 she suffered abit of heat stress and since then the spear leaves have started to turn yellow and die. Only 1 of the main leaves has a tip burn should be able to see it in the picture. Is there anything can do to help her? Naturally of course 😉

As long as the new growth is healthy you'll be fine. Just increase the distance to the light to prevent further damage
