Could be splash from watering. Sometimes if you water quickly when the soil (medium) is really dry it becomes hydrophobic and takes awhile for things to settle. It would splash and start leaking out the side of fabric pots. The trick when the soil gets super dry is to just water very slowly for like 15 seconds and then once the soil softens up you can start pouring it quickly. This is of course just my guess at what happened.

might be a sign the PH drifed in the medium but the rest of the plant is looking fine. If it progresses then something you want to look at more closley. but if it is isolated to that, I would ingore it.
