I love to LST my plants. I think it does wonders for the yields.
At your stage, you can begin to use wire to pull down your plant. Check out my diary to see how I did it. Works well and enables many main branches to produce huge colas during flower. My biggest cola on this last run was the very first branch that I LSTd from the very start.
