Can i start lst?

the below answers are correct - never really a time you can't do some branch bending. At this stage however, you can really only start by putting a slight lean on the main stem. That'll open up the lower tips a little so they can run a stretch to the main. I don't usually plug my grows, but it would be easier to simply show you. Take a look at just about any of my indoors and you should get a good general sense of how this is done. But yeah - bend away bro. It's a lot less scary once you get a little experience with it.
