Leaves drooping kind of. All they got was tapwater, 10-15 sprays with a spraybottle each day. Light is viparspectra 250w. Around 20 inches from plants, at 50% output. Should I wait for the leaves to get back up before watering again?

Spraying is useless and not watering. Water them properly and deeply until run off and they should perk up immediately. At the moment they seem dehydrated. Those types of pots suck the moisture out of the soil dreadfully, and after using them a few times, I would reccommend never using them again.

Thats not very bad droop really. Your light might be a little bit close but otherwise I think you're fine. When I run my 500w on its lowest setting it runs close to 125w and I'll hang 24-30 inches from the little guys. Seedling droop is almost always either heat stress or overwatering.

Hi, make sure that you use the right pH value for the water. This is extremely important so that the plants in the soil get nutrients. It also depends on whether you have already added fertilizer to the soil or which soil you are using. Otherwise, the sensitive seedlings may suffer from root burns or an overconcentration of nutrients and salts. But you can generally stay relaxed, pay attention to the right pH value and observe the whole thing over a few days. It may be normal for the plants to need a bit of time, it is too early to say anything more specific. Find out whether it would be better to run your lamp at 25% power and 50-100cm distance with a 250w lamp. 125w power seems a bit too much for the little ones.
