When is a good time to transplant from solo cup to final pot? I usually do 7-10 days myself. Also after transplanting should I start feeding nutes immediately or wait? I top dress with organic nutes mostly.

when i can pull it out without the substrate falling apart... generally when the canopy is same diameter or even slightly larger than the solo cup. roots help hold the plug together... if the roots aren't holding it together, it doesn't need more room, yet. unlike others i have a light feed right from the get go in teh substrate... that way as i irrigate it slowly rises up to full strength by 2nd or third irrigation with runoff (soilless grow conext) you have top-dresses, so you need to ramp up as what you added is used up or otherwise leeched out of soil. 2 things i see -- when you irigate get the whole thing wet.. dry spots up top make me thing there may be dry pockets underneath. dry pockeys underneath *can* lead to buidlup. Also, use more perlite or vermiculite et al to improve drainage of you soil. up to 50/50 soil to whatever is added to improve drainage. (70/30 wiwth coco cause it holds less water per volume) it may incease rate of fertilization, which is also a positive as long as it isn't burdensome. feeding more on demand genearlly has better results. (you'll still add rughly the same mass of vaious ferts per week o month.. the rate of application just changes.. concentration given should change with that..)

High ED1126, Usually when the leaves get larger than the pot it is time to transplant. But your pot is transparent so I would just check the roots. Make sure that you transplant her before she starts to rootbound. Here is a link with all the information that you need about transplanting and how to do it right: https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-how-and-when-to-transplant-your-weed-n350 Happy Growing! 😋

This is an autoflower, correct? It's too late now (obviously) but the best thing for autos is to germinate them in the pot they're going to finish in... oftentimes, transplanting will shock them and stunt their growth without time to recover. But since they're in the small cup, I'd wait until you've got a fairly decent root system going and then CAREFULLY put them in their final pot trying not to disturb or damage the roots at all. As for feeding, autos don't need nor like nutes until they're about 2-3 weeks old and then you want to start them off slowly - about 1/2 strength to start with until you see whether they're adjusting to them well or not... if they are happy enough, you can increase them but I rarely go full strength on nutes for mine. Good luck!
