I have just started flower day 45, i have room in my 1.2m x 1.2m tent and was thinking of transplanting. Currently pot sizes are 16l or 4.23gal, thinking of going up to 30l, , is it a good idea to transplant? will have less room and less light exposure

Morning, I do not believe that transplanting at this stage is desirable unless it's an emergency. However I think a good session of defoliation could be good, roughly between 10-20% of the leaves to really open up the budsites to light and airflow. Also your cleaning of the bottom, I would agree about doing a bit more, the leaves you see that are only 3+ fingered small leaves, I would clear all of those away. By the look of the pic it seems theres a small cluster of them still sapping energy down there close to the bottom. Best of luck on their finish, they look very bushy and strong.

I would not recommend to transplant her. Only if you have bad problems with PH or something else. 16 liters will be fine for her. kepp her whre she is, she will say thank you. Happy growing
