White specs but not Thrips?

Seeing white specs on the leaves, but no signs of bugs at all. Really looks like thrips but have looked at both plants top to down on 10x and couldnt find any. Could this be something besides bugs??

yep, found a little bastard thrips today, they are here, sprayed the ladies with neem oil, water and soap towards the end of the day today.

best leaf insects repellentI have found a few bad insects on my plants past weeks. Does anyone have experience with neem oil? Is it worth a try or would I be better of buying something else? White vinegar with dishsoap didn't help much. The bugs are: grasshoppers, stinkbugs, spidermites & fungus gnats.

Spider Mite ProblemSpider Mite Problem at week 8. I just realized this problem, a severe spider mite infestation on one plant. I defoliated the plant to get rid of most of them as I thought I can get away with this until the end of the flowering. Any other suggestions are more than welcome!

Found 2 bugs. A fungus gnat and a white crawler.The white one had legs, but seemed little bigger than the gnat, maybe a gnat transitioning from larvae to fly? Gonna let soil dry, and apply stiky traps. You guys think its enough? Only found two maybe a third flying around. Should i apply any other measures?
