translucent pest in soil

Hi, last watering I've seen tiny translucent insects (about 1 mm) emerging from the soil. They are fast and can jump like a flea. I assume they live in soil. What are these little monsters, should I worry about them and what should I do ? TIA

Either Springtails or White mites imho, kinda need a better pic but from the color that seems most likely.

Springtails in Waste water CoCoHi all, I have just watered my almost 3 week old plants, they are in coco, and I collect the waste water to measure my PH values. To my great surprise I saw something moving in my waste water (see photo).

I am a new grower trying to grow Chrystal by Nirvana.
I have Phlizon 900w. LED Veg. lights going in a 3x3x5 tent and 6 plants. Temp is 78 degrees and humidity is 55% , ph with and without Nutrients is 6.2. Over the last few weeks I have brought the light down from 36" to 21" above the canape. I topped at the 5th. node and my plants are going into week 4 with no shock. They are only 4.5 inches tall in a 5 gal. cloth pot. and 3.5 gal. plastic pot. Do they need more light?
Any suggestions? Is it OK?

Today (07/05) the smell started, I don't know if it's the flowering phase starting, can you tell by the last photos? What about her height? Isn't it too small, even for an auto plant? Why is it? Can I do something to improve yields? No LST so far...Week 4

Tiny worms in the growth mediumI grow in an indoor growing with a coconut substrate. I have recently noticed small and tiny dots. Is this spider mites sign?Spider mites? I can’t sure about it , These white spots tend to spread. I found these traces in the early stage.
