translucent pest in soil

Hi, last watering I've seen tiny translucent insects (about 1 mm) emerging from the soil. They are fast and can jump like a flea. I assume they live in soil. What are these little monsters, should I worry about them and what should I do ? TIA

Either Springtails or White mites imho, kinda need a better pic but from the color that seems most likely.

Probably some type of soil mite, wouldn't worry about it.

Thrips after that all the aphids are gone, Orius bugs are enough to eliminate them?I've got some Thrips, The aphids plague that I had before is totally gone. But it's not a good idea to spray everything in with neem oil since the buds are being formed. I ordered myself 100 Orius bugs. Any other tip?

Tanlin drops. Yey or ney?Has anyone had much experience with Tanlin drops for a fungus gnat infestation? I have to leave my babies for one whole week and I'm not sure to leave em to dry out completely for the week or soak em with some Tanlin drops to try and eliminate the pest?Other. Bugs

I started out with a plant outside, The Aphids must have come with the plant once I've switched to indoor growing.
I ordered myself some Spinosad.

Beneficial mites? (Hypoaspis miles)So I was fixing a problem and found what seem to be beneficial mites? This is my first organic grow and have never dealt with these before. This morning I found a huge slug resting on one of my buds😠. I also see a trial where he was on some other sites near by. Surprisingly, I can't find any noticeable damage other than the buds he was on are full of slime. Will this harm the development of my buds in the future?6y ago

Difficulty identifying leaf problem - maybe it's insects?I'm having trouble figuring out what's going on with my plant. The cotyledons and lower fan leaves are getting irregular shiny patches varying in size underneath, with yellow spots directly above them on the top side. It's really hard to photograph the shiny patches. Thrips?
