translucent pest in soil

Hi, last watering I've seen tiny translucent insects (about 1 mm) emerging from the soil. They are fast and can jump like a flea. I assume they live in soil. What are these little monsters, should I worry about them and what should I do ? TIA

Either Springtails or White mites imho, kinda need a better pic but from the color that seems most likely.

I think 18" was a bit too much for the plants and has affected the growth rate. Do you think these are stunted? Also do you think that the yellowing is because of the light? or other issues such as PH (unknown)?

Thrips infestation and chemical pesticide, help!I've bugs, probably thrips. I'll not be able to obtain organic pesticide (neem oil based) before one week! Tanks for the advice and support ️️Thanks for the advice.I sprayed the top of the soil and under and over the leafs with biobizz leaf coat and went crazy with fly stickers aI will remember to let the soil almost dry upp between watering.my plan was to water to run off and wait to it dry enough to next watering 💦✌️

Shes bushy and harder to LST for air flow/light to the lower sites. The larger leaves are laying on the top of the bucket, and there's moisture when lifted. I'm using a larger fan to keep air moving. Do you recommend trimming some leaves during veg? Also which leaves would I cut?

The holy punch is supposed to be an indica dom but seems to be growing more like a sativa while the power flower is a sativa dom that seems to be growing more like a indica. not sure if thats gunna cause any problems later or just how the plants wanted to grow
