translucent pest in soil

Hi, last watering I've seen tiny translucent insects (about 1 mm) emerging from the soil. They are fast and can jump like a flea. I assume they live in soil. What are these little monsters, should I worry about them and what should I do ? TIA

Either Springtails or White mites imho, kinda need a better pic but from the color that seems most likely.

Spiders in the outdoor garden, good or bad?I was out in the garden tending to my ladies and came across a couple of spiders.
