translucent pest in soil

Hi, last watering I've seen tiny translucent insects (about 1 mm) emerging from the soil. They are fast and can jump like a flea. I assume they live in soil. What are these little monsters, should I worry about them and what should I do ? TIA

Either Springtails or White mites imho, kinda need a better pic but from the color that seems most likely.

Thrips infestation and chemical pesticide, help!I've bugs, probably thrips. I'll not be able to obtain organic pesticide (neem oil based) before one week! Keep or trim the "popcorn" buds?I cannot provide any light to this area they to deep down the canopy, should i cut them. If yes, all at once?
The only thing i worry, if i cut the buds the plant get more power and will rise up in hight and grwoing to

Webs in Canopy, What should I do?I'm worried I have a pest. I have found two separate areas in my canopy sith Webs like those in my last picture. I'm not sure if its from a spider or something else. Plant being eaten by something...Something is snacking on my plant! Snail/slug, inchworm/caterpillar seem the likeliest culprits - cricket or grasshopper have similar bites but are a little large to get in the buckets and disappear, as I am home to check her. Any help is appreciated!
