So I have noticed yellow mushroom growing in one of my pots. After reading about it I kinda know its from high humidity in the night, so Im gonna work on that but what should I do with the mushroom? I have read I can leave it cuz it doesn't matter. True? False?

The mushroom is just the fruit of the organism. Your soil is full of mycelia by now, and this often indicates not only that the soil is a bit damp but also that you have a functioning and balanced ecosystem in your pot 👊😉.

Remove it for general hygiene reasons. It probably won't harm anything, but why risk it? Generally occurs because the soil is constantly too moist, not due to "night humidity". Either way, it does indicate that your soil mix is healthy though.
