Yellow seedling leaves

Hi, so I have some seedlings that have shown their true leaves but they aren't growing any further and they are yellowing with some white spots. Please can anyone tell me what is going on with them?

Burned and light colour leavesWe put those plants under 400wt led light one week ago (after 4 weeks under CFL light) and leaves started to burn. We increased distance between plant and light from 35 to 45 cm. Leaves of auto dwarf is getting worse. Top leaves of AKA is getting lighter.Leaves. Tips - Burnt

How can i Improve my Situation ? why yellowing strarts from, the Top ?people recommend flushing, i can't flush in my situation. So what can I do to improve the situation?

I am now watering with distilled water / tap water mix EC after Fert ~750ppm PH 6.5

Is this sight yellowing normal or cause for light concern? No nutrientsDoes it look like the new leaves on my 7 day pictures are slightly yellow? Or is that relatively normal with new growth? 20% perlite, 30% coco, 50% organic potting mix. Over watering? Asked a similar question before but want to save this plantThis has gotta be overwatering, right? The soil + pots I'm using don't seem to drain very well. Started drooping like this when I added a humidifier at around 70% relative humidity. Maybe pushed it over the edge? Going to home depot. Perlite? Change out the soil? Better pots?Leaves. Curl down
